Covers your legal liability for claims made against you by third parties in connection with your business following accident, injury or loss.The Personal Accident Extension is provided by AIG.
If an Insured Person sustains bodily injury during the Operative time which within two years solely and independently of any other cause results in death, disablement of the incurring of Medical Expenses, the Company will pay the Insured or, in the case of medical Expenses, the Insured or the Insured Person – the amount appropriate to the benefit shown in the Schedule.Please click here to access the TORT proposal form.
