This contract can be varied to suit the needs of both the company and the individual. Benefits can be linked to salary levels or agreed at a fixed capital and/or weekly benefit.This type of policy can be specifically underwritten to tie in with the employer/ employee contract of employment and defines, in an open way, the benefits available to an employee in the event of accident. We also have facilities to include illness insurance when necessary.
